At UPCYCLED, we specialize in finding unique, pre-loved fashion pieces that embody sustainability and individuality. As all our items are secondhand, please take a moment to review the following information before making your purchase.
1. Condition of Items
All products listed are pre-loved and therefore not brand new.
Some pieces may show minor signs of wear, which adds to their vintage character.
Any significant flaws or imperfections will always be clearly mentioned in the item description.
2. Sizing and Fit
PLEASE confirm your size before ordering. If unsure about your size, please find a way to get your measurements because there will be no returns or exchanges.
3. Faulty Items
If a flaw has already been disclosed in the product photo for example, visible signs of wear and tear, we are unable to offer a refund for that item.
However, if a flaw or defect was overlooked during inspection or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will promptly initiate the return and refund process to resolve the issue.
