Thank you for choosing UPCYCLED STUDIOS .We’re committed to making your shopping experience easy and transparent. Please take a moment to read through our shipping information below to understand how your orders are handled.
International Customers go straight to Section 2.b)
1. SHIPPING SCHEDULE(KENYA)
a)CBD PICKUP POINT
Provide a number that a release code will be sent to, that will enable you to pick your package at Twiga Towers 1st Floor Room 102. You have up to 72 hours before the package is returned to us.
b) DOORSTEP DELIVERY
Provide your house number and phone number that we can reach you on or let us know through direct message on our socials on what to do when your package gets to your gate or door when you order.
c)COUNTRYWIDE DELIVERY
Provide a courier name you'd want us to use and CORRECT phone number for the PARCEL.
2. DELIVERY PARTNER IN KENYA
a)PICKUP MTAANI
Some of our deliveries are handled by Pick Up Mtaani, our trusted logistics partner within Kenya. They provide safe and reliable shipping services to locations across Kenya. You have up to 72HRS to collect your package before it is sent back to us.
For Pickup Mtaani Agent Close to you, if you're not sure, just DM us or send us an email, we'll get back to you with the agents list in your area promptly.
b). WORLDWIDE/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are only able to ship up to 5 pants(MAX) for International Customers with our Express shipping using DHL 3 to 5 Days to your door (our most reliable company). Please make sure to provide correct address and contact information so we don't have any issues with your shipment.
For the tees and baby tees, we have partnered with a printing company in the USA, Printify ,to print and handle our shipping. You can also order from our store on Etsy at MomanStudiosUS and check out more items we have there.(Orders shipped from USA,UK and Europe, 2 to 5 Days).
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided for your order so you can easily track it from DHL.
For the baby tees and adult t-shirts, a tracking number will be provided for your order from Printify, so you can track it from a delivery partner in your country. (USPS,DHL,OnTrac,RoyalMail)
3. DELIVERY FEES
Delivery costs vary depending on your location.
The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. DELIVERY DETAILS
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or phone containing your tracking number and package updates.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses and phone number.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather, public holidays, or traffic may occasionally cause delays.
If this happens, we’ll keep you updated promptly.
7. ORDER TRACKING
a)Kenya Tracking
After dispatch, we’ll share a tracking number so you can monitor your order directly through Pick Up Mtaani’s tracking system or our own system depending on what delivery option you choose.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately through Instagram DMs or via email at upcycledke@gmail.com.
We’ll liaise with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
